How to Use a Discount Code

Enter a valid discount code in the order summary at checkout, select Apply, and confirm that the total changes before paying. A code is only active when the discount appears in the order summary.

Why is a discount code not working?

Check spelling, dates, minimum order value, eligible items, customer eligibility, and whether the offer can be combined with another discount. Removing an ineligible item or a conflicting code may resolve the issue.

Can a code be added after an order is placed?

Discount codes normally must be applied before payment. Contact support with the order number if you believe a checkout error occurred, but do not place a second order unless instructed.
